Kingdom Dog Park Run
PetSafe Kingdom Dog Park in Derby was buzzing with activity on Saturday, July 13. Runners and walkers registered for the 5K, 10K run and the 1 mile dog walk. Beautiful weather contributed to a great turn-out and a fun morning. 31 runners took off from Derby Pond Farm on Route 111 and ran on shady Derby Pond Road, and 16 walkers with 12 dogs left the Dog Park on 4-H Road and headed down Birch Lane with a return to the Dog Park. This event was organized by Allan and Sarah Frasier of Newport along with her family and friends to benefit Kingdom Dog Park. Members of the Dog Park Committee assisted with registration and coordination of events at the Park. THE RESULTS ARE LISTED BELOW:

Our Mission Statement
Our goal is to maintain a fenced in, off leash dog park where well-behaved canine citizens can exercise in a clean, safe environment without endangering or annoying people, property or wildlife. To maintain a beautiful space open to all dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park's rules and restrictions. To view this park as a community project, in partnership with the Town of Derby, designed to satisfy the needs of dog owners and non-dog owners alike.
